1994 RX-7 FOR SALE, 1 Owner, $22.5k invested

I have just put up a one owner RX-7 with over $22,500 invested in it on eBay. It has every single receipt since it rolled off the showroom floor, literally a seven inch stack of receipts. This particular example may be the most amazing of them all, a one owner since new RX-7 with over $22,500 invested in it! The car has a clean Texas title and a Perfect CarFax. When we purchased this car, the one and only owner (an engineer) provided us not with just a couple of receipts, but with a huge file folder full with every single receipt since the car rolled off the showroom floor, 14 years documenting every oil change, every dealer service, every tire rotation, every part, everything. Additionally, before we purchased this amazing car we had it taken to the Mazda dealer where a trained rotary specialist examined every nut and bolt of the car for 3+ hours and gave it a shining report. To top it all off, the RX-7 only has 400 miles on the new motor, completely rebuilt this year.
