Do you know the stats on the pump?
The reason I ask is that you have alot of unknowns in your fuel system. is your FPR rising rate? Was it hooked up? I think you might be pushing up a lot of pressure from the pump and the FPR is too high. Fuel system should be around 43.5 psi or so I believe (any one validate?).
