Nice work and I'm a newb to all this turbo stuff, but is that setup going to be too rigid?
Won't the engine moving a bit cause some stresses on the pipes or do the connections and rubber isolators on the intercooler deal with that for you?

The radiator and intercooler are both completely isolation mounted. The Vanjen clamps also allow for ~15° of angular movement and ~.5" of axial movement. There won't be any problems with stresses between them due to engine movement.
