I'm interested in getting a two-rotor tester. Is $640 +$25 S/H the normal price and we have to put in a code or is that the sale price already?

The price shown on our Purchasing Info page is the retail price. The 10% discount for that system would be $66.50 for a final price of $558.50. The $66.50 would be immediately refunded to your PayPal account.
