I did not 'ditch' the set up:

The quote was attributed to a BS ECU that had a fatal flaw in that it was not tolerant to CDI ign for some reason (Link/Vipec G4 ECU) on the action of limiters. They paid me $7500 in compensation for their own fuck up which was NEVER EVER rectified despite numerous firmware attempts to fix the problem.

In the end I ended up turning off all limiters and going back to my superior CDI system, pictured above.

It works great
The POS ECU was turfed a long time ago LOL.

Well Mr I don't update my thread so I can't give credible information.
