Update: Renting a cherry picker this week, pulling the motor and transmission. Had ankle surgery Friday, so I can't get around too well, but should get around well enough to strip the car down and finish grinding off all the old rust/liner/paint/whatever.

If anyone has any ideas how to fix rust holes in the roof around the sunroof mounts, that would be great.
