Is it possible to purchase these WITHOUT HID's? I'd be down all day if that's the case. Please let me know...

Although they are not listed as available without HID's most of the rotary tuning shops here in Japan are really easy going and will let us request modifications to products when possible. If you do not want the HID lights what kind of lighting would you like to see?
