Coolant temp sensor is different, has a bannana plug on S4 and spade on S5, also there is an indentation in the front cover for the S5 waterpump.
The clutch fan has more blades on the S5, I think 8 S4 10 S5. If the injectors are on it, S4 has square top injectors, with EV-1 connectors, S5 has more of a rounded shape to the connector.
