So... I made a little bit of progress today. With the help of my wife we got the garage pretty much field day'd (clean). I picked up a 3-piece tool chest on Black Friday and I've migrated most of my tools over to that. I'll be getting a decent set of shelves from Home Depot this week, and I'll also draw up plans for my work table (I'm thinking 3'6" tall, 6' long, and 3' deep) then I'll go pick up the wood for it on the weekend.
Car wise, I drained the oil and coolant this afternoon and also removed the oil coolers to drain (SOOO much glitter!!!
) as well. After that I pulled the intake off and removed the UIM/TB. I pulled out (and sold) the HKS Twin Power earlier in the week and I just pulled out the stock ignition this evening (it's up for grabs if anybody wants it).
I'll keep stripping things out of the engine bay in prep for pulling the motor. Hopefully I'll have the motor out and broke down within the next couple weeks!!
