Congratulations OP... you came across an OLD online automotive vblog that has some random guy who thinks he knows rotaries better than the company that spent WAAAYYYY too much time (and money) on R&D.
That video, with it's little "spark plug slit" idea is really old news. Nobody talks about it because it's not worth talking about. Sorry if I'm coming off as rude and/or dismissive, but erniebrink is coming off (to me) like a forums version of a Nigerian scam waiting to happen.
