1) People have been give you suggestions, but you brush everything off.
If the answers are not good enough for you, go find it yourself.

2) Your attitude can be construed as thinly veiled threats.
Can the attitude, cause that causes others to get defensive too - not just you; you're not the only one that can use that defense.
