1st generation fluid thread.

Oil I use 10W30. Whatever is fairly cheap, it's all oil. I just make sure to use a decent filter. Have a K&N filter waiting to go on at my next oil change. Will be using Amsoil 75W90 gear oil in both tranny and diff. Have to flush the tranny, diff has fresh fluid in it now which will be changed for the Amsoil. Coolant I use either premix or go 50/50 green/distilled. If you don't know the last time your fluids were changed (ie:tranny, diff) make sure to grab some cheap stuff to flush out the gunk first. Change it up and drive it for a week, then change it out for some good stuff, Royal Purple or Amsoil. A friend of mine has tried both in his FB and said the Amsoil feels smoother. Do not do what I did and forget the LSD additive for the diff, if you have one. It acts pretty much like a locker without it. Motomaster (Canadian Tire brand) DOT4 brake fluid for brakes and clutch.
