I can't comment if the Cosmo alternator pulley swaps over to an FC alternator. ![]() Sorry, I don't know the length of that belt, so you'd need to go to the auto parts store to source the right belt. We normally use the v-belts that the stock FC uses. Quote:

So i'm thinking using an S4 neck and just making a new flange for it to fit on the S5 water pump housing would be my best option then.
I'm planning on just using the RE alternator if possible, i'll have to take a look at it once the engine comes in.
