The story goes that you heat the axle tubes where they meet the pumpkin and then bend them to achieve a couple degrees. Kind of one of those might work/might get you killed ideas, but pretty sure it's been done a few times.

You got it right it has been done, but bearing life is very short.

Precisely. I don't recommend this at all. If you have the money, you can build an extremely competent rear suspension setup utilizing the solid rear axle without bending anything.

Considering this is a LeMons car, I say just run it.
