Default N/A to TII cuirse control??

I have a 87 base with a S4 JDM swap, I have a US ECU and I am using the N/A harness with a turbo cuirse actutor. It doesn't work in any way, other then the lights coming on in the switch. The car had working cuirse before the swap. What am I missing? also I had to use a zip tie to hold the cable onto the thottle body. other wise it will slip off the holder.

Turbo versus non-turbo uses two different types of cruise control system.
The turbo one uses a linkage system, and I think the non-turbo uses a vacuum system?

Best bet is to try and get the non-turbo cruise control to work...
...but, I think the throttle bodies are backwards between the two, so rigging it is going to take some creativity.

Is he trying to get this to work on a turbo or NA car? The turbo does uses an electric actuator to operate the throttle cable; not sure about the N/A, but if it is a vacuum actuator, I don't think it could be made to work on a turbo car - what would happen when you transition from vacuum to boost? And yeah, the linkage will be a PITA to get right.

NA is a vacuum system. If I recall correctly you can use the turbo's actuator in the NA system. The cable connecting the actuator and throttle body being the biggest difference after the actuators.

I do have the Turbo actuator. So it should work right?

It is a N/A chassis and harness with a Turbo motor.

Hook it up and see. I know the FSM has a whole section on troubleshooting the system. Find that and it should help out a bunch with the lights and flashes on the switch.

Then you have power and everything. Did you take it on a drive and see if it works?

You cannot just swap the actuators and expect everything to work.

Since your car was originally non-turbo, you need to use the non-turbo actuator.
You need to somehow rig the non-turbo actuator to connect with the 13BT turbo throttle body.
