i fixed the problem, didn't use a plastic washer on the alt,between the cable that goes to the battery and that signal cleaner thing. a 2 cent washer was making me go nuts.

my buddy worked on the car when i was at work, i stopped by my house before going to the dentist. he was checking all my wire's and figured out the problem before i left. when i got home he re wrapped all my wire's and washed the car. i dont know why but with the racing beat header it starts so much easyer and doesn't shoot flames(couldnt find a sad enough face) like it did befor.
my buddy said the cat/thermal reactor must of been cloged and holding raw fuel. any other ideas or you think he hit the nail on the head.

ill be posting a video of the car running once my buddy stops by with his mac. i broke mine a year ago and cant figure out how to put video from my cam on my house pc.
