Hmm, im thinking it probably would but the shift pattern that is on the top of the knob wouldnt have 6th indicated.

i was trying to make a joke...

there is no 5spd 8... unless someone did something aftermarket...

I guess the shift knob would be generic type? that fits an 8? and has a 5 gear pattern?

jdm only then? i double checked a few auto review sites(granted all american) and none had 5spd as an option, always 6spd...
