Mazda finally steps up on clutch pedal issue.

I'm having problems with mine. It broke down on me and its currently park unable to move. Dealership wants to charge me $1,500 to replace. Any pointers. Also was told told by my friends to go to a stage 2 clutch instead. Please someone help me...

Are you having a problem with the peddle, or your actual clutch. The peddle bracket is covered by Mazda, the actual clutch is your own responsibility. This thread is about the peddle assembly recall from Mazda.

One of the best clutches you can get for the 8 is the "Mazda Speed" Exedy clutch.

Yes saw that one on eBay for about $409.00 was thinking about that one thanks for verifying that for me. Now I will get
