Yeah, it rains enough in Virginia that I'm not gunna try risking that! I think I may end up going with the Star Specs since they are about $50 cheaper than the AD08's, but still so damn similar when it comes to performance.

AD08 or Ventus RS-3 if you were to ask me. Research opinions in SCCA forums. I'm just sad that Bridgestone RE-11's were not a step up to the RE-01R's in all areas, apparently the steering response is very dull with those tires.
