I used the same fittings and hose for my fuel system as well (but in -6).

I used to like the SS lines, then I tried to re-use some of the re-useable fittings and was reminded harshly why use marine guys don't mix SS and AL.... I've since redone everything with the Nomex stuff. Much easier to use, more attractive in my opinion, and lighter, etc etc etc... I'm actually about to test their limits in a vacuum situation.

Where are you finding black/grey fittings? I might not want to know becuase I may have to re-redo them all
