Default Possibly Urgent Question?

Quick possibly urgent question,

I got an oil change at the place i usually go to after leaving i noticed a noise coming from under the car like metal dragging on the ground, and sure enough when i got home i looked under and there was a metal piece loose, dragging, some sort of cord or line? I'm attaching a picture that i found on google of the bottom of an RX-7 with the line im talking about high lighted, I work third shift so i'm going to bed now, but could anyone tell me what that line is before this evening and if i should go back to the oil change place?

Thanks a million in advance!

I'm thinking that is the speedometer cable.

HA! That would explain why my speedometer died two days ago! So it actually doesn't have anything to do with the oil change, just a wierd coincidence! Thanks a million
