High Horspower Sheet Metal 20b intake manifold
After lots of time on the dyno, we have made a economical way to heavily increase horspower for turbo and n/a 20b's. We require a 20b intake core for the modification. This setup uses a 90mm throttle body. All the port entrances are fully venturied for optimal flow.
Price is $1100.00

What are the power gains seen from this?

Outside the "box"......

15-25hp? Do you have a graph of this? At what boost level, power output, rpm and with what turbo? 15-25hp is not a lot in a turbo 20B for $1100 when all you have to do is run 1psi more boost to achieve the same, if not more power...

Gaining power by increasing boost is completely different than gaining horsepower by reducing restrictions. As you already know. There will be times when no more boost can be added for a horsepower gain. I admit this intake did not create as much power as we wanted. But it is still a bolt on gain. I dont have a dyno chart on a turbo 20b because this has only been tested on our n/a 20b. 15-25 hp will be at 10-16psi with a proper sized turbo.
