I've been contemplating doing this for my Dell. I'm thinking if I take some
sheet AL and wrap it up to the shape of the RB air filter that came with the
Dell I could then connect a tube into it and route to the front of the radiator
using one of those ReSpeed radiator supports with the standard size 3" coupler
to hook the tube up on one side and the cone filter on the other.

I was thinking I could do the tube with regular 3" PVC or maybe 2". Not sure
if the PVC can hold up to the heat it may encounter tho. Anyone know the
melting point of PVC or the correct PVC to use?

I know it would help in the summer just based on how well the car runs in the
cooler weather now.
