Stuck Headlights

I searched all 15 pages in this section of the form and suprisingly I didn't see a mention of anyone's headlights being stuck either up or down. Mine currently happen to be stuck in the up position, though I suppose it's better than down as the actual headlights still work, it's a little lame driving around on a Sunny Texas day with the headlights poped up.

Any ideas? I rebuilt the whiper motor and maybe I need to take apart the headlight motor and reoil it or something?

On the positive side I fixed the inside of the driver's side door today and now the handle works.

total idiot, the switch for headlights up without the beam on is on the dash. Doh, but I'll leave it here in case anyone else ever has a similar problem.

djmtsu will become famous soon enough
That has unfortunately happened to me too. Thought they were stuck up, but accidentally hit the 'up' switch.

It happens to the best of us.
