BIG! Liek everything else... HUGE! I want to say overall it's ~26" wide with a 20"something core, and about 24" tall. I think, I'll have the bumper off in a few days and will get some better measurements. I thought I had them in Vex's thread but apparently not. I've measured this damn thing so many times that I should have it memorized by now.

I'm actually thinking about ditching it for a much MUCH shorter triple pass. Increased ground clearance is always a good thing. A double pass would work, but I'd need a custom T-Stat outlet.... custom.... fuck it... I'll do the double pass

That's what i was thinking, a short double since the rad/intercooler setup I had envisioned is basically what you did.
