for ease of installation on the stock LIM, the CJ motorsports rails are hard to beat. If you get the groundzero xcessive LIM, then just about any can be easy. The easiest way to do it is install the injectors and rail on the LIM BEFORE attaching it to the motor and dropping it in. You can either do what david recommends for the primaries or buy a top feed primary rail and do what I'm doing.
