I have no experience with turbos, but maybe try heating up the housing
with a propane torch. Getting the housing good and hot should expand it some and maybe allow the turbine to come free.

You talking stock turbo?
Have you tried to back out the turbine housing bolts already? There are two that line up with the oil supply and drain flanges. Just alternate backing the bolts at these positions, and this will help push the turbine housing off the CH. It may feel like you're damaging the CH, but I have never killed or any of those bolts before. -Ted |
