^^^ That's what I was saying. The only way the mounts/brackets line up straight are how I explained them above. I went out and tired again late last night and that's the only way I can get everything to sit flush. I mean, everything drives fine, it just feels like the shifter is like .5-1" over to the right, but not enough to interfere with anything.
I guess you could slide the engine around a bit, but I really don't have the means to do that and it doesn't seem like there's a significant amount of adjustability. I guess just live with it for now? EDIT: Oh yeah, as far as I can tell the engine is centered in the bay judging by the fan's position relative to the shroud.
