Hey Everyone
Hey everyone, I'm Matt, I own a 93 rx-7 that i just bought about a month ago. Mostly stock with 6000 miles on the rebuilt engine. This is my second rotary car, my first being a 86 rx-7 N/A. I'm still a novice when it comes to rotary engines so any advice would be helpful and hope to learn as much as i can about this amazing car from everyone here.

PICS NAO
i learned about rotaries first from searching forums and this: http://www.rebuildingrotaryengines.com/ then I bought the mazdatrix rebuild dvd before I rebuilt my motor. The other wonderful half of knowing about engines is engine management. The megasquirt ecu is a fantastic standalone that's cheap and do it yourself. I built one for my miata's 1.8 and I'm so glad I did- it makes you learn about the entire fuel injection process. I was able to modify it to run my rotary later. You can learn more about them in the megasquirt subforum of rx7club. I should probably write a how-to with megasquirts. |
