The condition of the motor wont be known till you tear it apart. If it is just carbon locked and your main components are reusable then you are in luck with just a little cleaning and some of the standard rebuild parts. Even if there are some damaged pieces you can still source some parts through us locals.

yep, what zach said.

the internals might be worn, chrome flaking, etc due to age/milage. really wont know until you pull it out and have it rebuilt.
