dead FB; engine won't spin

if it is blown starting it will do no harm if it isn't blown it will start up and run fine its a situation where you can't loose

well just got done tryin 2 start it and its a no go. it started 2 turn over then it locked down again. So if any1 knows of a cheap runnin motor let me know plz
