only big difference i've found so far is that the down pipe generally has to be designed for a rhd as the steering column runs along that side now too. other than that everything i've been doing is fitting the same as i suspect it would on a lhd car.

If your a big guy like myself 6'2" its a pita to get into the RHD I have at the shop. The LHD I seem to have no issue with. My leggs just don't want to bend that way.

JDM models didn't have the pre-cat....that was a USDM thing I think.

No exhaust overheat light either.

They changed it because the hood latch cable runs through the opposite side of the car, duh!

Probably because it doesn't do anything and they were smart enough in Japan to not even put it on there.

mine had a "heat" light come on, no idea what it does, as the manual I have is all Japanese like....

but I did see the light come one the odd time.... its to the left of the steering assembly, and maybe the second light inwards... only seen it a handful of times...

Mine has the exhaust overheat light... and I have the first year FD from Japan and it's a 1992. My car is fine till it warms up then the exhaust heat light comes on then it wants to die.
