Simplifying the engine bay

When I did my engine bay a few years back I took some photos and put together a little example of what you can remove, what you can move, and where you can put it. Also, how I went about performing the actual cleaning of the engine bay. Unfortunately, since this was a few years back, you can guess where this writeup is located.

Not sure how much will apply to your case, since you've got an SE, but at the very least the cleaning instructions may help you out.
