You are correct ptrhahn! Mazda had a TSB regarding latch point coming off the hood and popping open. I've talked to my fabricator about this before and he said that would not be an issue.. The real MS hoods are super light! I have to say the lightest hood I've lifted so far.. I don't think the repica will be this light.

CF Hood

I'm interested in the MS hood in CF. Need to ensure that the latch TSB was addressed and no hood pins. Keep us informed of where this is at please. Thanks
