Default Rotary Engines

so i am looking too have a fun decentley high horse power car for the street and some track use more of something too take pride in and not abuse too hard. what would be the best engine for this from http://www.rx7store.net/category_s/28.htm they are not too expenvie and i got guys that have no problem getting it in the car again. the sue of this car would be mostly fun just for a day off work take it out and enjoy the city in it get up too the limmit fast ect mabey hit the ocasional 1/4 mile. also can some one explane the difernces betwen the stuff done too each engine they dont say much about it and i have very little experance with a rotary engine
