6sp auto into 4sp auto car
Like the title says my friend is wanting to put a newer 6 speed auto into his 04 8 which came with a 4 speed auto. So what all is need for the swap and will it just bolt in or will a custom mount be needed to bolt it in ?
Thanks For the people who says to just put a normal 6sp in the car well the guy can't drive stick to save his life. I took him out about 6-7 times for 30 mins each time to try and teach him but he just dont have any left foot control at all for the clutch. |

Basics, but I am sure it is more involved:
Trans, driveshaft, trans computer, gauge cluster IF the ECU controls both the engine and trans you would need: -ECU -Trans -Driveshaft -ABS pump -Ignition system etc..... Tell him to trade it in.

Upside down? Is it a 2006? He should be close to payoff by now. There is something to be said for having no note on a sports car, especially a rotary.
