How much unspring weight will it add and what size dia wheels will be needed to clear ?

At this point I can not give definitive answers to those questions however I will give some fairly accurate (I'm leaning to the heavy side) estimates.

I weighed a Brembo 328x32 Nascar rotor (not the same manufacturer but similar) which is heavy duty and weighs in at 16lbs plus the hat weighs next to nothing. Plus a 6.5lbs caliper including the bracket brings the total to 22.5lbs. I had found some numbers on the stock brakes (correct me if I am wrong) which weigh 21lbs. So I would say at most there would 1.5-2.5lbs heavier per corner. I'm going to make the kit fit 17in wheels though I may try to see if I can sneak it behind the stock 16in wheels.
