Post what's it called?

what is the cap called on door right in the middle of the door of the 3rd gen. I need a replacement but want to know the name or even part number. To be more specific its the little squarish cap towards the bottom of the door on the smooth curved surface in the middle porportion of the door. I need one for the passenger side.

If you call Ray Crowe at Malloy Mazda and tell him what you need, even if it's vague, he'll know exactly what you're talking about haha. And he can get you that pretty quickly for most likely a good price too since it's just a small piece. I don't know what it's called off the top of my head but Ray can tell you and he probably has it.

okay I'll be sure to give him a call. I did in the mean time search online for RX-7 manuals to find it. I found a site www.rotaryheads.com and they offer the manuals online for free. The part number I was looking for is 68-406.

Afraid that is not the mazda part number, it might be the fiche reference number. I can get the part number next week when I get back into the shop, if you do not get a hold of Ray before then.
You can email me directly also.
