The Newbie

Greetings from Boerne
Greetings everyone. Owner of a 94 MB FD. Boerne is near San Antonio Texas. Owned the car for almost 2 years now and am going to be starting engine work soon. White smoke has recently become a problem and it sounds like i have some metal on metal contact in the turbos so those will have to go through some work or replacement also. Any how. Always open to advice. I'm in it for the long haul as this is my dream car(my poor wife finally relented and let me buy it.)

The quest for more torque

Let's just hope that your wife isn't poorer (literally) now that you have the FD (Financial Drain)
Welcome to the club! We do have several vendors that rebuild engines here, as well as some pretty good resources for DIYers. I think we have a pretty good group of experienced builders who would be willing to offer advice if you should need it.
