Early success!
Brought the tank to work today, and used the pressure washer with a burner to blast out all the scale and sludge, BEFORE the POR kit is used. 75% of the scale and nastiness is GONE. What remains should easily be eaten up by the POR Marine Clean, which is happening tomorrow. No pics, since my phone is at 10% and failing.
