Default J-Spec TII Vacuum Reroute

Will this set up work for me? I am putting a J-spec TII S5 into my S5 NA car. I have removed the ACV, Split Air, Air Pump (installed dual pulleys on the alt), and have installed block off plates, I am planning on keeping the BAC as I'm keeping A/C. I am unsure how the oil catch should be hooked up, could someone confirm setup? Also can the stock pressure sensor be blocked off or does it need to be routed to the manifold?

If you are running the stock ECU then you need the pressure sensor hooked up. preferably the closest location to stock on the manifold. and don't forget there is a small pellet in that line...

Okay thanks for the clarification (I am running OEM ECU). Here is a new diagram reflecting that. Is there anything else I'm missing or that I should know about this mod?

Here is what I have so far. I ordered a Jaz oil catch and it should be here tomorrow. Please if you see something wrong let me know.

================================================== ============================================

This is scary looking to me. I could be retarded but shouldn't the wastegate be hooked to a controller?

================================================== ============================================

================================================== ============================================

Some of what all that I removed. I also removed the two hard lines from the oil line that crosses the top front of the short block to the turbo. P.S. the starter is not part of the mod; it is a spare.

Disclaimer: I am in no way a mechanic, and I did not sleep at a Holiday Inn. I do not even know if I am doing this mod right. Please don't run out and copy what I am doing. I could not find any good pictures of this job; however I did find a pretty good write up about the process. I am sorry, if I am doing something wrong, and I would appreciate suggestions.

DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!!!

I'm unsure of exactly how it should be hooked up, the diagram I colored was in hopes of some clarification. If someone knows for sure, please chime in here.

Currently I have my setup like this, it fired right up and seems to run just fine. I am still short an exhaust and having only a downpipe installed I have yet to run it down the road.

================================================== ================

I will adding a boost controller and boost gauge in the next few days and then my setup will be like this. I will inform everyone how well it works as soon as I know for sure.

you capped off your waste gate, you need your waste gate solenoid to pull open off vacuum

Thanks for pointing that out. I changed that before I started the car, I ran the turbo out and wastegate to a T fitting and then piped it to one of the vac on the front side of the top intake manifold. I have a manual boost controller that I'm going to put between the out on the turbo and the wastegate, and then I'll eliminate the hose running to the TIM. I'll get some updated pictures on here soon.

why would you run a hose to the intake manifold? How bout just leave it like stock until the boost controller?

Looky:

Connect those together.

There is supposed to be a metal 'ring' around the compressor coldside that has an output nipple. That nipple goes to the wastegate solenoid. If you are dumping the rats nest/emissions than you DON'T need it. Just connect the two together (compressor-to-wastegate).

Mine had the metal ring still, but I just capped it.

Got a problem. Car won't boost, when it reaches half throttle and zero vacuum it stalls. Any ideas or suggestions?

Here is my current setup - Running an N374 ecu chipped with a speedlabs chip, n370 pressure sensor, correct maf sensor.
