 Connect those together. There is supposed to be a metal 'ring' around the compressor coldside that has an output nipple. That nipple goes to the wastegate solenoid. If you are dumping the rats nest/emissions than you DON'T need it. Just connect the two together (compressor-to-wastegate). Mine had the metal ring still, but I just capped it.
