There's the manual; it'll give you the chart to show you which spring to use, and what ports to hook up to get certain boost levels.

On a side note, I -love- the synapse wastegates, and I'll never use a different one again. It took my peak power up 16 horsepower, and raised the average torque by 30 ft/lbs. It's a fantastic piece.
