need some help

i bought my 1st rx-7 the other day.he said everything was there to put it back together.and its not

.i have got all motor pecies that was in the car put back on.and im still missing some.and i have no idea what.
and if you guys happen to have these parts just sitting around for cheap i will buy them.

so i took some pics and was wondering if you could help me.
its a 1988 mazda rx-7 s4 se with the 13b non turbo

something goes there.to the silver pipe to the black hose.

what goes here?intake?

the thing on top..idk what that is
