Make sure your airpump is working at idle! it should be a easy pass if your airpump is working and your have a stock cat.

Easy way to tell if your airpump is working or not is to let the car idle and look at the pulley. At idle the clutch should kick in and you should see the whole assembly turn. If it doesn't check your wiring.

If your airpump doesn't work, you WILL not pass emission. I know because I've tried

Even leaning it out, I couldn't pass..
