Default Question?

Has anyone ever had the metal LIM/engine gasket fail? I have a customers car here right now that I just cant figure out. Has an exhaust leak and a boost leak somewhere. Tubro manifold was just machined flat on all three mating surfaces and new gaskets installed. Car builds 3-4lbs of boost like it should then holds there and will eventually hit 7-8lbs by 7500rpm. This is a to4r with .84 hotside so it should be hitting 7-8lbs by 4500rpm. I am completely puzzled at this point as to what is going on. No obvious vac leaks but the car is pulling a lower than normal vacuum, engine is completely healthy. I feel like I am going in circles with this car and really want to figure out what is going on with it.
