Turbo Upgrade Choices

Well, i MIGHT be in a position soon to begin really putting some money into my car. I have looked into turbo choices and setups and im not sure what i want to do yet.

I have a 2000 FD3s RB. Its mostly stock. I enjoy mountain roads and participate in monthly AutoX style events. I enjoy my response, but want more power. There is not a track local to me, but would love to ship my car to mainland japan and race there in the future.

Now, I am leaning towards 1 of these 3 options. If i stay twin i will remain sequential.

1. BNR stage 3 upgraded twins.
2. Knightsports upgraded twins
3. GT35r (T3? T3/T4?)

I want fast boost. extremely fast. I know the 35r is fast for singles, but its not as fast as twins. i heard/read the BNR's are better than the KS twins. any insight into this? Opinions?

Also, i want to use a vmount setup. i have always liked them. However, i do not think they will be best for my application. i mostly do lots of low gear 1-3 high rpm events. again, thoughs or opinions?

I plan to port the motor, (large street maybe??) and upgrade fuel etc to handle the increased flow and boost. thats not a problem.

Engine will be managed w/Power FC and i will include all supporting mods to accommodate everything.

Now, in order to stay very competitive at the autox events, have some fun in the mtns, and up the power, what would my best option be? I am not TOO worried about cost as this is tentative as i sit right now. and, if everything works out, i wont have to worry about cost.

(my ultimate goal is around 400, but i dont NEED it) i just want more than i have now.
