Default Pre-Mix Oil What - HELP?

I am new to rotary engines and had no idea they had an oil metering pump or you could pre-mix or both. I just read about it in the sticky post.

Where can I read up on this?

Where is this oil metering pump?

What is the recommended setup for racing?

What type of oil should I use?
