Same weekend as this year works for me, since I probably won't have as many mods to finish in two short weeks. I didn't have a problem climbing the mountain, but then again, I don't have a lip hanging two inches above the ground.

Phil, pm me the price of what they are charging you guys for the whole resort and how many people it needs to sleep. Remember me telling you about the company I used to work for. The location would be much more convenient for afternoon entertainment and much more entertaining to those whose wives would not like to be stuck 2 hrs out in the middle of no where.
The location would be right outside of pigeon forge and only about a 30-35 min drive to the far end of the dragon(lake area). The cabins would blow the ones we stayed in out of the water and all the roads would be easily accessible for the rx7s. Im sure I can get a good deal if we block off a bunch of the cabins but I am unsure of the current price you have worked with the place you used this year. Being closer to pigeon forge we could go into town for dinner, go cart racing(would be fun to have a competetion and with a group this large we could get huge discounts at the nascar park) and the fact that the place is only about 15 mins off of I-40. Also the resort is building a cable sytem that you hang from above the tree tops that reaches about 55-60 mph as you are flying over the mountains on a pulley system. Just an idea and figured this way you could probably create even more growth for the event by encouraging people to bring their wives or families. www.sterlingspringsresort.com is the name of the site and the Full Day Spa will be completed by the time the event rolls around next year.

Meh, I kinda liked the secluded nature of NV and the price of lodgins rocked. At Fontana we paid $99 /night for a frigging lodge room competing with PCA pricks and at NV paid $89 /night for a cabin.

I have to agree, I would rather keep it at NV. They treated us very well, why not stay there? Also, we already have an established working relationship with them, it's harder to get things done whenever your don't have an establish working relationship then when you already have one.
