Default kyb agx any input?

im buyin a rear pair of kyb agx 8 way adjustable struts for the rear because my rear stock struts are complety shot, the guy at advanced auto recomended them, i still have the stock fronts but so far iv heard pretty good things about them on other cars. id like an rx7 perspective, i drive and occasinally drift my 87 na. any imput would be great

We used them on the rally FC with good success. Although, you should still replace the worn strut mounts both front and rear.

I've had AGX's on other cars, and will very soon have them on my FC as well.

I love them!

The adjustable AGX Shocks are awesome. Put them at 2 in front and 2 in rear and the car rides nice and smoothly, at 4 in front and 8 in rear it ride more like a buckboard wagon, but it autocrosses pretty well.

I had the agx's on the rear with stock struts on the front(universal coilovers up front too). I had them on full stiff the whole time. They're pretty good struts. I was too lazy to put them on a lower setting for daily driving, so they were quite stiff. Not bad for drifting though.

It makes a considerable difference. But you should worry more about chassis flex than stiffness. The stiffness helped but my car still got body roll pretty bad. Get some strut bars.
